- It is very possible be the fault of the PPP provider.
- I remember that for SLiRP, a SLIP/PPP emulater, in early
- days, can cause similar hang up for certain cites (of
- course for windows3.1x that time.) Different winsock may
- behave differently, like the winsock for win3.1 and win95.

- Just a suspection. Wonder if u can change a PPP provider
- or just try SLiRP. U can also try to use differnt winsock
- for win95 -- Trumpet Winsock for 95 might be good.
